Launch skylife app or visit skylife.co.kr and select MY SKY > Mobile > Mobile usage check, after logging in.
You can also check it through our customer center.




스타이라이프 [Foreigner] After SkyLife Mobile activated and USIM inserted, Talk and Text(incoming & outgoing) are possible, but data cannot be used.

A You need to check whether phone call or data has been blocked on your device first. If both aren't blocked, the USIM may not be detected, so your device registration is required. Please contact the customer center for the registration after checking your IMEI. Nevertheless the data cannot be used, it may be a USIM defect. Please try checking on another device, and if the USIM is still undetected, we will resend a new USIM.

You can suspend your phone twice a year, and each suspension can last up to 90 days (max. 180 days).
There is no limit on the number of times for the suspension due to lost.
A basic fee of KRW 3,850 (including VAT) will be charged for the suspension period.
